Mount St. Benedict is the home of the Benedictine monks who live and work in Trinidad and Tobago. Mount St. Benedict is the oldest monastery in the region, having been founded in 1912. It is a place where people of all faiths and of no faith are welcome and where the Way of St Benedict is lived and offered to all those who visit. Listed opening hours: Sunday - Saturday 6:00AM - 6:00PM. Verify access, opening times and any fees with the site before travelling.
